About:

Dr. Anita Hibbert is a psychologist providing treatment and diagnostic assessment to adults. She has experience with a wide range of mental health conditions, including trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders.

Dr. Hibbert completed her Ph.D. degree in Psychology at the University of British Columbia. She completed a clinical postdoctoral fellowship and her predoctoral residency at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton in the Borderline Personality Disorder Service, Mood Disorders Program, and Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre. Dr. Hibbert draws on a variety of methods in treatment and has strong experience in dialectic behaviour therapy (DBT) skills training, cognitive behavoural therapy (CBT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT).
