Online Course for Stress and Anxiety

Under the best of circumstances, change is hard. With COVID-19, our daily routines and relationships look very different than they did just four short weeks ago, leaving many of us struggling to do the “best we can”. Looking for ways to cope with the stress and anxiety? The U of T is offering one way to put more tools in your “coping” tool box, free of charge!

Psychology Professor and Researcher, Steve Joordans has launched an online course that aims to help people manage their mental health during COVID-19. This course entitled, Mind Control: Managing Your Mental Health During COVID-19, is available free through Coursera, and is designed to help people to learn skills in order to deal with the anxiety they’re facing, as well as learn how they can find ways to better manage in a pandemic.
